We get asked a lot of things so we decided to put together a page of answers. Here they are...

  • Q: I’m pregnant. Are ür products suitable for me?

    A: It’s always best to consult ür doctor, but we can tell ü that the eggs and cream we üse in our products are pasteurised.

  • Q: Are ür products suitable for vegetarians?

    A: The majority are suitable for vegetarians, however there are products in our range that are unsüitable because they contain bovine gelatine. They are: Gü Choc & Mascarpone Tiramigü and Gü Chocolate Banoffees.

  • Q: Why do ü üse gelatine?

    A: We use gelatine for our cold-set puds because without it these products wouldn’t set. Some puds can be set by baking them, but others need to be un-baked to allow us to create delicious flavour combinations and ensüre all ingredients retain their flavours.

  • Q: Does Gü üse free-range eggs?

    A: At the moment our Choc Melting Middle Puds, Chocolate Trifle and Black Forest Trifle all contain free-range eggs. We’re continüally looking to improve the taste, texture and quality of our products which includes üsing free-range eggs. This is an area of development for us, and we'll keep ü posted on it.

  • Q: I’d like to buy ür products from a wholesaler. Who can I contact?

    A: For independent retailers, we currently distribüte our products thrü Simple Simon (www.simplesimon.co.uk). If ü’re interested in stocking our products in ür store it’s best to contact Simple Simon direct.
